So I guess my point to you is that your point is taken, but applies at least equally to your own gender. Both genders have improvements to make in their relations with the other, but in today’s social environment where the feminine perspective is considered the default, many women don’t realize they live in glass houses and are throwing stones.

IMO you must totally disrespect them. At the same time you must give them an out. I have always told her, “Find a better man – for you – if you can.”

And I always work to see that she gets 20 or 50 tingles from me every day.

Another thing to practice – always know (feel) what she is feeling. Not that you should respect it, but for your advantage and to calibrate what you do it is essential to know it. I have been telling the first mate what she is feeling in my presence for decades. She agrees that I am near perfect at it. It is very interesting to feel what she feels.

I always try to push her a little farther in the direction that I want her to go than she is comfortable with. But not so far that she bails. Just a little outside her comfort zone. Continuously moving the zone in the direction I desire.

She says she has never been happier.
